Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, customers must ensure that the product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The product should not have been opened or used and should be in its original packaging. If the product is found to be defective upon delivery, we will be happy to exchange it for you. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on customized items. Additionally, it is important to note that certain products may have different refund policies due to their nature. In such cases, we will clearly mention the refund policy on the product page.

Refund Process: To request a refund, you must apply for it within 7 days of receiving the product. You can contact us via phone or email to initiate the refund process. After we receive your request, we will guide you with the refund process, in case you are eligible for the same. Please note that the product must not have been opened or used to be eligible for a refund. If the product is defective, we can offer an exchange. However, customized items cannot be returned for a refund. Refund Timeline: Once the product is received and verified by our team, we will initiate the refund process. The refund process usually takes around 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment method. Please note that in some cases, it may take longer than the specified timeline due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in the banking system. We will make every effort to expedite the process and keep you updated at all times regarding the status of your refund. Refund Methods: We offer two refund methods to our customers: credited to the original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery orders) or credited to the customer's wallet on our website. If the original payment method is not available, we will refund the amount to the customer's wallet. Please note that the refund process may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method and bank's processing times. We will notify the customer via email or phone once the refund is initiated. In case of a refund to the customer's wallet, the customer can use the credited amount to make future purchases on our website. The amount in the wallet does not expire and can be used at any time. If the customer chooses to receive a refund via the original payment method, the amount will be credited back to the same account used for the purchase.

Refund Policy Exceptions: While we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, there are certain exceptions to our refund policy. These include: Used or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. Sale or Clearance Items: Products that are sold as part of a sale or clearance promotion are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Customized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized for a specific customer cannot be returned or refunded. This is because these products are made specifically for that customer and cannot be resold to another customer. Products Damaged by the Customer: If a product is damaged by the customer during use, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. This includes products that have been dropped, smashed, or otherwise damaged due to mishandling or misuse. It is important to note that these exceptions do not apply if the product is defective or if we have made an error with your order. In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that the results of our products may vary from person to person, and we are not liable for any allergic reactions or other health issues that may occur due to the use of the products.
